The 9th Edition of the Iberian Porc d’Or Awards will take place in the City of Guijuelo on June 13, 2025.
In this edition, a total of 33 prizes will be awarded: 27 gold, silver and bronze statuettes (for Longevity, Birth Rate and Numerical Productivity), in each of the three categories (<375, 376-900, >901 sows) and 5 special awards (Maximum Productivity, MAPA, Diamond, One Health of CEVA Animal Health and Outdoor Production).
The calls are now open to apply for the MAPA Iberian Porc d’Or Award, the CEVA Animal Health Porc d’Or One Health Award and the Iberian Porc d’Or Award for outdoor production
MAPA Iberian Porc d’Or Award for Sustainability
The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food rewards continuous improvement in infrastructures and animal management towards compliance with community and national policies in aspects of quality, biosecurity, animal health, reduction of environmental impact and animal welfare.

CEVA Animal Health Iberian One Health Porc d’Or Award
The CEVA Animal Health Iberian One Health Porc d’Or Award seeks to recognise the joint work of farmers and veterinarians who implement innovative measures on their farms to improve animal health with the perspective of ‘One Health’.

Iberian Porc d’Or Award for Outdoor Production
The Iberian Porc d’Or Award for open-air production is aimed at all those Iberian farms with outdoor access for animals, regardless of their size. The award values the general characteristics of the farm and the general balance of its productive data together with its integration into the environment and compliance with high health, zootechnical and animal welfare standards.
